Prices
Prices shown online and in all catalogues and literature are strictly net and are shown exclusive of VAT. VAT is also chargeable on P&P and delivery, except if sent through Royal Mail postal services where VAT is zero rated.
Descriptions
Whilst we take every care to ensure illustrations and descriptions are accurate, we reserve the right to change specifications or improve our products. In the event of any substituted product not being acceptable, we will gladly issue a full credit.
Orders
Where possible, an official order number should accompany customer orders and if possible, a contact name for delivery. All goods are offered subject to availability.
Delivery
All orders will normally be despatched within 3-5 working days of receipt subject to availability.
Our standard delivery service is 3-5 working days, however please allow up to 28 days for delivery during peak times (January-March.) A Next Day Delivery Service is available for an extra charge.

Discrepancies
Whilst we endeavour to complete all our customers' orders satisfactorily, occasionally errors do occur. Therefore please ensure that all parcels are unpacked and checked carefully upon receipt and that our Customer Services Department is notified of any errors within 7 days of receipt. We will then inform you of the appropriate action to be taken. Please do not attempt to return any goods without prior authorization.
Payment
All registered UK educational establishments automatically qualify for an account and our payment terms are strictly 30 days from invoice date. We reserve the right to charge interest on all overdue accounts at 2 percent per month on the outstanding balance.
We welcome orders from private individuals or nursery schools and can accept payment by major credit cards on any order over £25. Otherwise, cheques should be made payable to "Commotion Group Ltd" or contact our Accounts Department for details of BACS payments. Payments will only be processed once the goods have been dispatched from our warehouse.
Title of goods
Ownership (title) of the goods only passes to the purchaser on full payment of the appropriate invoice.
Warranty
All items supplied by Commotion Group Ltd are guaranteed for a period of 12 months from date of invoice. Any item found to be defective through faulty materials or workmanship will be repaired, replaced or credited (at our discretion).
Variation
Under no circumstances will Commotion Group Ltd be bound by any addition to or variation of these terms unless agreed in writing with the Managing Director, Timothy Coote. These conditions and the contract shall be subject to and governed by the Laws of England.
Data protection
We may transfer information about you to our bankers/financiers for the purposes of providing services and for the following purposes: obtaining credit insurance; making credit reference agency searches; credit control; assessment and analysis (including credit scoring, market, product and statistical analysis); securitisation; protecting our interests. Payment options
Authorised Account Holders
Registered UK educational establishments (schools, colleges, universities, etc) are automatically granted Authorised Account Holder status.
We determine your establishment's credentials from its UK postcode. Once you have registered your school/college, you may start shopping, and at the checkout phase, select "Account Holder" as your payment option. If we have any enquiries about your account status, we will contact you.
Private nursery schools and childcare establishments may be asked to provide credit references before account status is granted.
School / college personnel placing orders on our website will be assumed to have the authority to place such orders.
Credit facilities are not normally granted to other organisations, nor to private customers. If you wish to be considered for a credit account, please contact us on (+44) (0)1732 225 800.
Credit Card Payments
Anyone (including school/college staff) may elect to pay using a valid credit or debit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Delta and Switch cards. We do not accept Diners Club or American Express.
Credit and debit card payments under £25 are subject to a £2.50 small order surcharge.
When you submit your credit/debit card information, it is securely encrypted. We take data privacy and security issues very seriously. All personal information you send us is through our SSL (Secure Socket Layer) server.
